Who the driver is we may never know, but every time this blue Reliant Regal encounters Mr Bean’s Mini it always comes off the worst. Whether it’s being run off the road, bumped out of car parking spaces or just constantly being toppled over, the driver of this Reliant Regal may be the closest Mr Bean ever comes to having a nemesis…. if our hero ever paid attention to it long enough to realise it’s always the same car!
