Great products, great range and great friendly service. Managed to find a 1:18 model Mk1 Ford Capri (in a very specific shade of yellow with a black vinyl roof) for my father’s birthday – a replica of his first car. Despite years of looking we have never found one anywhere else. Lovely quality model. A minor mis-hap with the delivery was sorted out very quickly by the company calling me personally within an hour or so of an email I sent. Excellent example of customer service! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I like to collect N gauge trains which isn’t always easy to do due to them being the least common of the gauges but Collectables R us have a great stock of them with new and preowned available and always happy to help, I wanted to buy something I’d seen in store that wasn’t on the website yet and they where more than happy to take the order over the phone and have it arrive next day!
